150g Dark good quality chocolate. A small coffee cupful of water. Melt the chocolate and water over a pan of simmering water (remembering chocolate melts at body temperature so be careful) 2). Take off the heat and beat in the butter and egg yolks one by one 3). Whisk the egg white until stiff 4). Fold in the egg white to the chocolate mix doing a figure of eight motion (this helps to keep as much air in the mousse)with a large mettle spoon 5). This recipe is a typical French. DELICIOUS!

We like to serve this easy as everything comes together in one pot. You can keep the noodles very al dente and add more milk to the sauce making it very thin.
