Total time: 1 hour 30 mins. 1¾ c. cake flour. 1 Tablespoon baking powder. 189; c. sugar. 189; c. vegetable oil. 190; c. water. 1 Tablespoon lemon zest. 189; tsp. cream of tartar. 190; c. sugar. 1 c heavy cream. 8 oz cream cheese. 2½ c. powdered sugar. 3 tablespoons lemon juice. SLOWLY sprinkle in ½ teaspoon cream of tartar, and ¾ cup sugar, adding the sugar a bit at a time. Whip the egg white mixture until stiff peaks form.

We like to serve this easy as everything comes together in one pot. You can keep the noodles very al dente and add more milk to the sauce making it very thin.
