Eating My Share - a CSA diary. Sunday, March 20, 2011. Nonetheless, the cooking continues, with or without company. And if I don't get company soon, I may as well add a freezer to my Mother's Day list! Today I made a quiche from scratch. I’m still working on the whole portion thing, but in my life, the easiest thing to do is make extra and freeze. This recipe makes two quiche with dough for four. Spinach and Ham Quiche. 4 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 2/3 cups pork lard. I like a bi...

Eating My Share - a CSA diary: The long absence

http://eatingmysharetribecacsa.blogspot.com/2011/02/long-absence.html

Eating My Share - a CSA diary. Tuesday, February 22, 2011. I know I have neglected this blog terribly! Eating My Share - a CSA diary: July 2010

http://eatingmysharetribecacsa.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html

Eating My Share - a CSA diary. Friday, July 23, 2010. Eating My Share (7.23.10). Okay, so I skipped a week. My goal in this blog is to post regularly, so I feel that I've failed a bit these past two weeks. Granted, I've been madly job hunting and doing a lot more with my family (even working on my novel), so I have some good. Excuses. Yet, they are excuses, even if legitimate. So, back to the food. And doing all things piggy before going on to feed its caretaker. Pork Chop (feeds 2-4). 1 bunch fresh sage.

Eating my way across Europe

Eating my way across Europe. Sight-seeing is just an interlude between meals". Wednesday, October 15, 2014.
