I couldn't find a good image for the waving arms bit that goes with the mille grazie, but this is my big thank you to the fabulous set of friends, old and new, who have supported me through this journey. No mention of the diabetes test, so presumably, no sign of diabetes as expected. I proffer my Ornish diet; Dr S sees no harm in it, the less fat the better, the less cholesterol the better, so that's ok. He would describe, disarmingly, how he had 'studied sums' and of course this means he has a PhD in mathematical physics from Trinity. I can never think of simple sums without thinking of Connor. We each get blood pressure and heart rate measured before we start (my BP goes down by the end of the session!
