Knights of the Round Bottoms. Sunday, December 11, 2005. Tis' the season when work gets really busy. Clients trying to tie up last minute projects and get ready for the new year. Week 11 I gained 0.6 pounds and Week 12 I lost 1.7 pounds, so all in all still moving in the right direction. I'm now officially over half way to my goal. The next week or so will be interesting, 5 dinner parties in 8 days. So if I gain weight I'm not going to freak, just try and stick to the plan and work it back off.

That a number of commentators are chiding Obama for being too vague in the State of the Union and not offering enough specific policy proposals. The State of the Union is usually a place to describe goals, not tasks. One of the worst things about Bush's SOTU speeches is that he routinely threw in specific tasks he wanted to accomplish and then he would just sort of abandon them later for no obvious reason.

I peaked back up to 255.5 and when my doctor saw me, I was told to move more and eat less. ( same old s ame. So what's different now? I joined the fitness center at work.
