A selection of travel memories. Sargodha is a city very close to the heart of Punjab, not just geographically but also in terms of cultural depth and diversity. It is now a city of approximately half a million. Hagia Sophia, Istanbul. An architectural beauty which was once a Greek Orthodox patriarchal basilica, later an imperial mosque, and now a museum in Istanbul, Turkey. The hands of an Angel. Through My Eyes

Friday, August 5, 2011. Wowwhere has the time gone? Half of 2011 is gone and 2012 is quickly approaching. So much has changed. Andrew is taller than me, in fact he stands 5'10" tall and is still growing! He is doing well and seems much happier now than ever! He is really into his RC cars and is working on building and racing them. He finished up his last year in Elementary School and is now entering Junior High. He is so excited! I am such a proud Momma! Through My Eyes

Trust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. -Psalm 62:8. Tuesday, June 19, 2012. While we were visiting our friends in Connecticut, we visited a U.S. Navy Base and went inside the USS Nautilus! It was the world’s first nuclear-powered submarine. It was also the first vessel to travel under the North Pole. There was a picture in the museum of the crew meeting Santa Claus at the North Pole! Very cramped quarters, as you might imagine!
