A "Maine"ly Simple Life

A "Maine"ly Simple Life. Jake, Shauna, Dylan, Jamie and Kaleb. Thursday, July 30, 2009. After three years, I am proud to say that he made many new friends and was voted "Most Friendly" by his high school peers. I am so grateful that Dylan's good friends shared the same values. I was honored to stand as a teacher as he entered the graduation ceremony and walked through the teachers honoring the students. Yes, I did take a quick picture, and yes, it did not turn out to well. Way to go Dylan! I must know th...

http://www.themainejeppsons.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html

A "Maine"ly Simple Life. Jake, Shauna, Dylan, Jamie and Kaleb. Monday, August 25, 2008. On July 19, we picked up Josh, Che and Jase from the airport at 1:15 in the morning. What a long day for them on the plane. Then on July 21 at 11:00 am, we picked up Zach and Carly. We wished they could have stayed longer and been able to show them more. Saturday, August 16, 2008. The tide will never fail to amaze me. The tides can shift up to about 12 or 13 feet. It is incredible to watch the bays which look ...How L...

http://www.themainejeppsons.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html

A "Maine"ly Simple Life. Jake, Shauna, Dylan, Jamie and Kaleb. Monday, April 13, 2009. Happy Birthday My Love! Well, it is official. The love of my life has finally reached the half-century mark! I thought this day would be 50 years away. However, much to my surprise the years have melted away, and here we are. Twenty-eight years ago, I fell in love with a tall, dark, handsome and mysterious man. Although the mystery is gone, the tall, dark and handsome remain. Thanks for all the wonderful memories!

A "Maine"ly Simple Life. Jake, Shauna, Dylan, Jamie and Kaleb. Saturday, March 28, 2009. Good seafood is a favorite. I have eaten most kinds of fish. The raw oysters were rather interesting, but as long as you didn't chew too long, they were actually pretty tasty. I do prefer salt water fish to fresh water fish though. For some reason, fresh water fish have such strong "fishy" tastes. I know there are some fish I haven't tried, but give me time. Keep in mind as you look at this picture that the large fis...

July 4, 1984 - Red, White and Blue. Monday, September 1, 2008. Here's Diane and Deloy Parker - our neighbors from Halvern in Roy, Utah. And here are my parents, John and Char Jeppson. We used to live in a yellow brick house at 3897 South 2275 West. These pictures were taken in the current Parker house in Clinton. I started feeding the cardinal and quail back in 1980 and now Jim and I buy our bird seed in 50 pound bags at Costco.

The Joneses are back in the US and living in northern Maine. Sunday, May 17, 2015. Happy April Fool's Mike! Mike loves to fix things with duct tape, so there's surran wrap and duck design duct tape wrapped around his car. My favorite part of this joke though, I put confetti in his vents and turned his air on full blast. So when he turned the car on confetti came shooting out everywhere. I wish I had put a camera in the car to film his reaction. =). Then placing a tap. This was the first time I drove by h...
