MEMOIRS OF A LEAH: 2/1/12 - 3/1/12

MEMOIRS OF A LEAH. February 22, 2012. It's Beginning to Look a lot Like Christmas (2010). Another thing we did to get ready for Christmas was to decorate "Grandma's" tree. My mother-in-law's tradition is that the youngest member of the family gets to put the star on the tree so here is our attempt at getting Jaren to do so. It was a fun night. Stay tuned for more shots of everyone. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Its Beginning to Look a lot Like Christmas (2010).

A "Maine"ly Simple Life: A Yard Full of Snow is slowly melting.
http://themainejeppsons.blogspot.com/2009/03/yard-full-of-snow-is-slowly-melting.html
A "Maine"ly Simple Life. Jake, Shauna, Dylan, Jamie and Kaleb. Sunday, March 22, 2009. A Yard Full of Snow is slowly melting. By the time the last storm hit, our yard was completely full of snow. The tree on the right of the picture is the one in the middle in the picture above. Our driveway had narrowed to allow for a vehicle to pass, but two at a time would be impossible. At this point, I think I will have leaves on the trees before the snow melts. I guess, we will just have to wait and see.

A "Maine"ly Simple Life: July 2009

A "Maine"ly Simple Life. Jake, Shauna, Dylan, Jamie and Kaleb. Thursday, July 30, 2009. After three years, I am proud to say that he made many new friends and was voted "Most Friendly" by his high school peers. I am so grateful that Dylan's good friends shared the same values. I was honored to stand as a teacher as he entered the graduation ceremony and walked through the teachers honoring the students. Yes, I did take a quick picture, and yes, it did not turn out to well. Way to go Dylan!

MEMOIRS OF A LEAH. June 30, 2013. ECOSWAY's Grand Opening Aug 2011. My Mother-in-Law Michaela, and her cousin Gabriela opened their own eCosway store in Toombul Shopping Center. They had done a lot of network marketing and work to get to this point and we were excited to come to their grand opening and see their beautiful store. We have loved the products they've given us over the years and are so proud of all their work. Here she is, the lady-of-the-hour herself, ringing in the first store purchase.

A "Maine"ly Simple Life. Jake, Shauna, Dylan, Jamie and Kaleb. Tuesday, December 30, 2008. President Bush Summer Home on Walkers Point in Kennebunkport, Maine. There is a main house, and then several other buildings. As you get closer to the road, there is a guard house with a formidable gate. There is always a well-known black suv parked near the guard house. Friday, December 26, 2008. Kaleb was a bit surprised to get this gun because we didn't even have a system to use it with. A "Maine"ly Simple Life: March 2009
http://themainejeppsons.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
A "Maine"ly Simple Life. Jake, Shauna, Dylan, Jamie and Kaleb. Saturday, March 28, 2009. Good seafood is a favorite. I have eaten most kinds of fish. The raw oysters were rather interesting, but as long as you didn't chew too long, they were actually pretty tasty. I do prefer salt water fish to fresh water fish though. For some reason, fresh water fish have such strong "fishy" tastes. I know there are some fish I haven't tried, but give me time. Keep in mind as you look at this picture that the large fis...

A "Maine"ly Simple Life: Happy Birthday My Love!
http://themainejeppsons.blogspot.com/2009/04/happy-birthday-my-love.html
A "Maine"ly Simple Life. Jake, Shauna, Dylan, Jamie and Kaleb. Monday, April 13, 2009. Happy Birthday My Love! Well, it is official. The love of my life has finally reached the half-century mark! I thought this day would be 50 years away. However, much to my surprise the years have melted away, and here we are. Twenty-eight years ago, I fell in love with a tall, dark, handsome and mysterious man. Although the mystery is gone, the tall, dark and handsome remain. Thanks for all the wonderful memories!

MEMOIRS OF A LEAH. July 18, 2013. Mormon Helping Hands (Sep 2011). The young single adults in our ward decided to do a yard work. Service project for victims of the flood. They contacted nurseries. And collected donated supplies and they came and asked us what. Our yard wish list would be. Then one Saturday they showed up. With lots of helpers and worked for hours making our lawn more. Beautiful. Kind acts like these really meant so much to us as we. Were trying to get back on our feet. Down newspapers a...
