Friday, March 29, 2013. I have some delayed onset muscles soreness today. My lats; otherwise known as the armpit muscle is really tender. My abs are also kind of sore. My legs feel fine, my sister said her legs are sore but she doesn't exercise at all so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Oh and last but not least.I got my mid-year review yesterday. Thursday, May 30, 2013. TTT at the beach. 1 So technically I am at the beach but the closest I get to it is out of my office window :(, Working 6am to 6pm kinda sucks and we are way to tired to do anything but eat and go to bed when we are finished for the day. I told him I was tired all the time and overwhelmed with home, work, hubby.well shoot.with LIFE! He asked if I was taken vitamins. I was taking Flintstones Complete but the nutritionist said not good. So I started Centrium Silver (yes I'm above 50) apparently thats not good either. I cannot swallow those "horse bill" vitamins - so what a girl to do? I am 5' 4".
