The story of Me and my Change VIA my I-Lap Band! Friday, June 1, 2012. 160;For weeks my weight has bounced between 195 and 198! I know I could probably make better food choices. But here's the deal- my clothes are getting looser; my shoes are floppier; people comment saying I've lost more! 160;I just bought this stuff less then a month ago and they fit when I bought them. So . The scale is not showing a weight loss but my clothes are! 160; What is going on? I want the weight to come off! I am 5' 4".

Wednesday, November 30, 2011. The fill that never happened. I want my restriction back. I don’t have another fill for two weeks. I guess its time to learn if I can actually avoid temptation. So far so good. I had my first final last night… I think I aced it! One down two to go! So one more thing. I have been cleared to work out finally! Sunday, December 18, 2011. I ran 5K today! I am SO proud of me. Pretty much the greatest I've felt since getting the surgery. I still want to shave 10 minutes off of my time. I ran it in 40 minutes and 35 seconds. My goal still stands to run 5K in half an hour. But I'm just so stoked about todays work out. YES! Me on my 5Kday! Wearing my Not Of This World shirt. Monday, November 28, 2011. This month should be interesting with trying to figure how to make my gym routine work. Another thing for today's post- I made a "before and. in progress" picture on Thanksgiving.
