Ground Beef Stir Fry. 1 lb lean ground beef. 1 red bell pepper, chopped (or use all green pepper). 1 green bell pepper, chopped. 2 lg cloves garlic, minced. 2 T minced fresh ginger root. 188; tsp. crushed red pepper. 188; tsp. salt. 188; tsp. ground black pepper. 188; C. beef stock. 188; C. soy sauce. 189; tsp. Worcestershire sauce. In a skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the ground beef until evenly browned. Drain and set aside. Serve over the cooked rice. 2 C pizza sauce.
