I think too much, y'know. Wednesday, 21 January 2015. Today, I have not watched television. This is not a ban, it is not a plan, it is not something I am proud to have managed. I have not watched television because I do not own one. It was an unessential expense at the time I moved in and would not be a cheap choice now. I can afford a television and it was always my intent to purchase one, but given that I've survived many months without it, I am increasingly doubting that I do require one after all.

Squirrels and other thoughts. Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Salt Lake City Spartan. Where to start.This was the longest, hottest, mot grueling thing I have ever done. Going into this race I wasn't feeling 100% but I thought it would be a mind over matter situation. I believe we are capable of so much more then we allow ourselves to believe. Also, I was forced into sitting for about 10 minutes and eating some shot blocks and drinking some water.It helped to relieve most of the dizziness. My most dreaded obstacle.
