So below is a slide show of recent photos - from an egg hunt at Providence United Methodist Church to Conner's first Easter this past weekend in Ohio. Saturday, April 4, 2009. Just a Swingin' to 5 months old. We're pretty confident that transition will go well,. And I think Duke is looking forward to what will fall in the floor.

Day 95: A Dog, A Car and still a PR! August 30, 2007. Posted by Joe in animals. 31 miles in 30:15. Wow, that’s another PR for me! I intentionally left my iPod on my desk in the study, and was cataloging all the sounds I heard as I ran. Just outside my garage I heard the distant sounds of construction. A block after that, pigeons. I think they were pigeons. What do I know? A half mile later it was crickets. Then mile 2 was all traffic sounds. Trucks, cars, a busy gas station. Laquo; older posts.

Day 187. Cramping my style. November 30, 2007. Posted by Joe in 5k. 31 miles in 27:13. That’s a PR for my on the 5k. Pretty cool. I believe I could have run better were it not for the uh… “ poop pain. 8221; Bowel cramping. I don’t know what to call it. I haven’t been that in years! May 15, 2008. Posted by Joe in weight loss. Well, once Spring hit things are back on track, and I am now at the high end of the “normal” class. Sweet! I have a way to go to reach my goal weight, but I am going to continue to focus primarily on running and eating smart. The weight is taking care of itself. Laquo; older posts. Newer posts ». Thursday, January 29, 2009. It's show off time! As Conner nears 3 months of age, his smiles and attempts to laugh grow more and more each day. It's so much fun to see. As you can see from the photos, he's starting to show off a little bit. He's also getting pretty strong.
