So I'll just post about something the bothers me to this day. A while back, a local call-in talk show did a segment on superheroes. They asked who your favorite super-hero was growing up. In both versions of what we now call the "Ten Commandments" (the version in Exodus 20, on the tablets that Moses broke, and the version in Exodus 34), "Thou shalt have no gods before me" is right at the top.
