I am still being very sick this week, mostly overnight. I have a chesty cough too which isn't helping and is possibly making me more sick. Day times arn't too bad, I am trying to get on with things as normal although it is exhausting. On Saturday Steve took me to 63 Tay Street for a meal. A 5 course meal at that! Of course, It's kind of ridiculous to ask a nausea patient to swallow a pill. I threw most of these medicines right back out as soon as I took them, BUT they were all worth a try. Since I suffered hyperemesis 3 years ago I have gone on to wonder how I could help women who will suffer HG in the future. For me, HG was BY FAR the worst experience of my life and I am sure many women could say the same. So I thought its about time our voices were heard. I didn't get as many signatures as I had hoped for but it was still nearly 2000.
