So… For those of you who haven’t noticed, I am suffering from my second bout of diarrhea this month. Prolly mild food poisoning, again, FML? Nah, not really. I’ve been reading loads of articles online to soothe my inner-hypochondriac but there are some points I don’t get. Or is it for each time I have a go with the potty?

I wanna try so many things but not waste my non-consecutive days with routines or circuits that may not work. I alternate between wogging and strength training, with the random yoga session when I run out of excuses (or muster enough energy to get out of bed) but I always wonder if there’s something more effective and enjoyable out there. I can screencap the routines!
