http://swaynefamily.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 5, 2014. Lots of snow is big news in St. Louis. We'll get an inch or two here and there, but 8 - 12 inches in one day doesn't happen very often. I captured a few pictures throughout the day as the snow fell on us from 11 pm last night until 5 pm this evening. The view from our front door just as it was getting dark. The neighbor's magnolia tree in the backyard. Crepe myrtle close up. Bird in the hydrangea tree. A woodpecker on the suet feeder. He was posing for me. The deck by evening.

The kids enjoyed the jumpy house (not pictured), kid size zip line, corn maze, corn box, hay cave, visiting the animals, train tractor ride, hay ride and pumpkin slingshots. Since this was the one thing she asked for, we did it! Thanks, Rachel, for accommodating our timing and our whole family! Having a snack in the food car.
