I decided since I spend 80% of my day in the kitchen I wanted it to work better for me. I haven't finished everything I want to do, but I finished the biggest project. A Day in the Life of an Okelberry. Saturday, June 5, 2010. Ryan was in West Virginia for work, so it was sad not having him there, but we took some pictures and sent him a text message. Thursday, June 3, 2010. Today at his graduation the kids sang a couple of songs that they have been practicing all year. They did so good, and it was so much fun watching him. Then they read each childs name and gave them their diploma. Afterwards we went back to his class for treats, and to say goodbye! Joy in the Journey.

Thursday, November 15, 2012. Test Drive Day 7. I am at the end of 7 days raw food. I have not exercised. I feel great! My mind is clear, I have some energy, I would have more if I were to get to bed at a decent hour. My yeast infection seems to be clearing up and my cold certainly has cleared up long before it got bad, just with all the raw fruits and veggies. I have lost 9.8 pounds this week.
