The Romero Family
My Life as Jar. Saturday, January 2, 2010. We decided to drive to Conroe and do some shopping. We always let the boys watch a movie while were in the car but we always end up having to talk over the volume of the movie and we can't listen to the radio. Not anymore! We bought both boys a set of headphones and we drove back from Conroe to Beaumont with peace and quiet. Why didn't we do this sooner? My little Piggy hogging the drink from MacDonalds. The cup is as big as he and he drank most of it. Happy Bir...

Keeping up with the Rosses | A mom's reflections on her precious kiddos, Isla and Asher
Keeping up with the Rosses. A mom's reflections on her precious kiddos, Isla and Asher. Winter Vacation in Japan, part 2: Tokyo (day 3). For our last day of the trip, we took the kids to the zoo. We didn’t research the area much, just knew we’d have enough time to spend a leisurely couple of hours there before casually heading towards the airport for our evening flight back to Guam. We were in for a treat, as the … Continue reading →. Winter Vacation in Japan, part 2: Tokyo (day 2). Since it’s alwa...

Keeping up with the Royers
Tuesday, November 18, 2008. Look what I can do! We thought that Gage was getting bored by just laying around these days. He wants to be upright and mobile. So our solution to this, a bouncer. BUT, we need to get things done around the house and this is a good way for everyone to be happy! Best Friends in the Making? Thank...

Keeping Up With The Schafer's
Friday, November 7, 2008. Halloween was a spooky-good time this year! Emma was a Southern Bell. Jack was a pirate. And Sam went as a viscious lion. We trick-or-treated at Ed and Linda's house again, which is always fun. I love seeing everyone in their costumes and feeling all of the excitement. The kids had a fantastic time with their cousins, running from door to door, and made out like candy bandits. Maybe next year I'll dress up, too! Disneyland with the Schafer Clan.
