It was a beautiful day the four of us spent together. We went to the Dinosaur muesum and to dinner. It was wonderful just to spend the day together being thankful for that wonderful man of ours : ). Monday, August 22, 2011. This morning on the way to work a lady in a mini van flew across 3 lanes going 55mph and cut me off. Needless to say hormonal pregnant me was NOT happy. As I yelled at the lady in front of me, " What's wrong with you? I hear a tiny voice from the back seat, " Don't get frus-ter-rated at the other people mommy. Tuesday, May 29, 2012. Our first trip as a family of 4 was this past weekend. We went 'camping' in Colorado with Chris' family. Xander objected to our lack of sleeping in tents on the ground, but other than that a wonderful time was had by all! Here are some highlights. Throwing ALOT of rocks in the river. Saturday, August 7, 2010. This week we discovered an awesome new way to beat the summer heat, the Manzno Mesa Sprayground. We went with a really great group of moms and little ones. Xander had a blast! He was still a bit wary of the water spraying at his face or on his head but he had a great time splashing and sticking his hands in the sprayers - I think next time we will bring a bucket and a rubber ducky. He ended up spending most of the time chasing after other kid's toys, which is to be expected -.

Wednesday, May 23, 2012. May has almost come and gone with out another blog posting. So much to do, so much to clean, but that doesn't mean I haven't been snapping photos like crazy! Isabelle is growing like a weed and will be 6 months old this month! Xander is doing wonderful as always. Sunday, January 30, 2011. It's been a while. I know, I know, it's been a while! But I thought this was the perfect place to pick back up. Grandma and Grandpa Simpson spent the past week with us all the way from Michigan. They drove the motor home aka "the Bus" as Xander would tell you, and we all had a ball! We all were spoiled, me most of all I think, Grandpa cooked dinner every day for a week! We are SO lucky to have them in our lives and so grateful they'd drive all this way just for us!

Sunday, September 26, 2010. Next we headed to a little section with games and tractors. He had a great time running around with all the kids collecting the different things for the game. He had the most fun sitting on the big tractor and riding the little ones. He wasn't quite big enough to ride the little tractors, so I pushed him. I REALLY want to find out if I can buy one of these for Xander next summer, they were too cute and he was so excited to get to drive his own little tractor. Haha We still are...

Thursday, July 22, 2010. Almost 2 (part 2). Tomorrow's the big day, and I hate to say it but the 'terrible twos' set in early this week. It's amazing. Like clockwork my sweet, well behaved little toddler, turned into a wild, unruley, refuse to listen to ANYTHING I say two year old.
