Alice shows poor leadership skills in every conversation she has; she always tries to control the topic or correct the individual she is talking to, "I think you might do something better with the time. then wasting it in asking riddles that have no answers."(Adventures in Wonderland pg.72). Wednesday, September 23, 2009. Covey, Woodruff, and Leadership. Theater and democracy are twins." From that statement on I was intrigued by Dean Woodruff's. Lecture. At first I was confused, but then he explained that in both theater and democracy, the people rule. Woodruff. Also defined a tyrant someone who "has too much power and lets it go to his head." He listed three symptoms of a tyrant: hubris, lawlessness, and fear. The Greeks defined a tyrant as a "man who believed he is a God," as Woodruff.
