I’ll blame it on Spring Break! 5 (this part doesn’t make too much sense to me as I can barely button any pants these days! There’s a lot of loose clothing, maternity jeans, skirts, and belly bands going on around here! I always enjoy a smoothie and have been ordering salads more often just feeling like my body is craving those nutrients.

But this definitely sealed the deal. Wednesday, September 15, 2010. Someone may have accidentally left the milk out for 8 or 9 hours. The next day, Someone may have accidentally forgotten to tell Someone Else that the milk may have. Gone bad until after Someone Else had already used the milk. Sad to see her go.

Lemon Blueberry Cream Pie. 1 pre-made graham cracker crust. 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened. 1 (14 oz) can of sweetened condense milk. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 (3 oz) package of lemon instant pudding mix (do not prepare, you just need the powder). 2 teaspoons lemon zest. 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice. 1 pint fresh blueberries. 2 tablespoons blueberry preserves or jam. Whipped Cream to garnish. Pour half of your lemon mixture into your prepared pie crust. 2 frozen pie crusts.
