I have been busy scrambling with my household chores and keeping up with my two little ones especially with my 8 month old son. He started crawling and he has been an inquisitive baby. I wanted a hobby to keep me preoccupied. My first attempt was baking a banana loaf. I found a recipe and thought that if I follow it down to the T, I will have a moist scrumptious banana bread.
