Risoto de peras e gorgonzola. 1 xíc de arroz arbóreo. 1/2 xíc de vinho branco (a receita original pede que seja seco, na minha geladeira tinha um doce aberto e foi essse mesmo que usei! 750ml de caldo de galinha (pode ser caseiro ou o de tablete, nesse caso usar 1 tablete para essa medida de água). 2 colheres de sopa de gorgonzola. 1 colher de sopa de manteiga. Prepare o camarão: em uma frigideira grande doure levemente o alho e junte o camarão com uma pitada de sal (cuidado com o sal nessa etapa pois colocaremos mais no arroz!
