Saturday, August 27, 2011. Ryan thought he would death march the baby out of me by making me go to the zoo in the 95° heat. It didn't work. But with Wilson being incredibly whiny these days I thought it would be a good outing for him. Hogle Zoo has a special "exhibit" that has dinosaurs placed throughout the park that move and make noise. Wilson did not like them. He would cling to Ryan for dear life any time we got close to one. We kicked it off Friday night with a picnic at the park. The weather was absolutely perfect. The kids played for quite a long time. It was so relaxing and it was great to be together as a family. The Astons: Life as we know it. Ki, Audra, Kiley, Kade, Olivia and Isaac. Tuesday, November 9, 2010. Daddy's. Ki went to Denver a couple of weeks ago, on a business trip. When he got home, the kids tackled him and hugged him. We missed him a lot and were all very glad he was home. Sweet. My Dad with the kids. They made masking tape mustaches. Thursday, November 4, 2010. I have no good excuses. One that Jake came up with was that I am a girl and we tend to have problems with our spacial awareness at times. Amazingly enough I hit the car in the same spot as the first time. Unfortunately this time the damage is much more noticeable and will need to be fixed professionally. Saturday, August 20, 2011. What I Didnt Know I Knew. This week has been crazy. I worked a full week and then spent 4 nights in a row baking like a mad person. I had cakeballs to make for the Farmers Market today and a plethora of yummy treats to make for my lovely cousin Tori's baby shower, and a dinner party last night where I made my very first Chocolate Souffles.
