White and Nerdy Carlsons. Thursday, May 7, 2015. We wanted the kids to have a picture of the with their Great Grandma Venice before she moves to Texas. Blake decided that teething 3 molars and going on vacation would be fun. He had had enough after 10 days and was quite miserable. Grandpa had saved all his lemons on his cute tree for the kids to come and make lemonade. They had a blast making it and we had a great time drinking it. It was so delicious! Jeff and Risae Carlson. White and Nerdy Carlsons. Wednesday, January 21, 2015. I was lucky to spend a whole day with Josh this summer at our local amusement park. Jeff hates roller coasters and he was happy for me to take him. I loved every minute I got to spend alone with him. Here we are about to board THE original white roller coaster. It is slowly turning brown because the replacement wood no longer needs to be painted white with weather treated paint. This corndog was epic and he could've easily eaten one or two more.

White and Nerdy Carlsons. Thursday, May 7, 2015. We went to the Academy of Life Sciences next. The butterfly exhibit was everyone's favorite part. The kids would have stayed here all day/every day. They loved it even though it was quite cold. Katie and Josh found some weird crustacean under the sand that they termed "Digger Bugs" They would dig up the creature and drop it back on the sand to watch it dig its way back under the sand in a matter of seconds. White and Nerdy Carlsons. Thursday, May 7, 2015. Spring Break- Part 2. We drove down to Monterey Bay Aquarium. It was a beautiful drive and the kids were so excited. The touch pools were awesome. We loved the decorator crabs and Caleb even touched a ray. This octopus was enormous! This station would let you make you face appear like an octopus. This room had an entire tank around it like a ring. Blake kept swaying his head side to side as he watched the fish swim in circles. Jeff and Risae Carlson.

White and Nerdy Carlsons. Wednesday, February 16, 2011. Texas Was SO Good To Us. We got to travel to Houston right after Christmas. I mean RIGHT AFTER. We opened our presents and promptly packed to make our flight at 5 pm. It wasn't the optimum flight time but the ticket prices were quite convincing. The weather was AMAZING.
