Cooking Without an Oven: November 2012

http://cookingwithoutanoven.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html

Sunday, November 25, 2012. Don't Panic- -Easier Said Than Done. So expect a lot more blog posts from me. I'm going to try to write daily and I will admit that a lot of them won't be good, that they will just be random ramblings, but I think I need to get things out and just hope that someone will read them. Even if they don't it will be good to get it out there. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Los Angeles, CA, United States. View my complete profile. Dont Panic- -Easier Said Than Done.

Cooking Without an Oven: January 2014

http://cookingwithoutanoven.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html

Saturday, January 4, 2014. New Year, New Location, New Goals. Time for us which I think will help make our relationship stronger. We will have to make time to be together and make those times important. I'm looking forward to the new year, the new adventures, the new experiences and maybe, by the end of the year I'll be looking back at all the new things I've learned. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Cooking Without an Oven: November 2014

http://cookingwithoutanoven.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html

Sunday, November 30, 2014. To go on the tree. Year without a Santa Claus. Saturday, November 15, 2014. I do cook during the work week, but it's usually something quick. Pasta, burgers, frozen pizza. Nothing that requires a lot of effort and is fairly quick to cook, because I'm usually tired after working and sometimes Eric doesn't get home until after 9pm and who wants to prepare a huge meal at that hour? Tuesday, November 11, 2014. It has officially been a year since we pulled the U-Haul into the drivew...

Cooking Without an Oven: TGIF!

http://cookingwithoutanoven.blogspot.com/2014/11/tgif.html

Saturday, November 15, 2014. I still like to eat out on Fridays after cooking all week. I also like unwinding from the work week and realizing that I have 2 days off from traffic nightmares. It also still means college football the next day, although I will admit I don't watch as much college ball as I do the pros. So let Rebecca Black and Katy Perry have their "Friday" and "Last Friday Night", I'll be grateful that I'm home for a few days. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Cooking Without an Oven: June 2011

http://cookingwithoutanoven.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html

Monday, June 27, 2011. I Don't Like Mondays. I would like to be resting, sleeping, enjoying this unexpected day off in my nice clean sheets but instead I am sitting on the couch, reading Bon Appetit and Travel and Leisure (wondering if I could move to the Caribbean and live off of grilled shrimp and Sriracha), and crossing my fingers that the 5th or 6th time is the charm with my iTunes library. A Look into our Life: May 2012

http://maconjennings.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html

A Look into our Life. The Jennings Family Blog. Sunday, May 20, 2012. Day Trip to the Beach. Yesterday we decided to take a day trip Tybee Island. On the way, we stopped at a little petting zoo that is located at a gas station at exit 98 on Interstate 16. Oliver was brave enough to feed the slobbery bison! When we arrived at Tybee Island, our first stop was the lighthouse. We climbed all 178 steps. With just a few breaks to look out the windows on the way up. View from the Top. At the North Beach Grill.

Matt's dad was in an art show this past weekend at Huntington Beach State Park in South Carolina. We had the opportunity to take a weekend trip there and stay with Grandma and Grandpa Jennings in their beach rental. It was a bit of a whirlwind- a 5.5 hour drive for a short weekend trip- but we had a great time! Here is one of Ollie's dinos. Back at the show, we picked Grandpa up to go to dinner. 5 Thing...

http://maconjennings.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html

A Look into our Life. The Jennings Family Blog. Tuesday, April 24, 2012. Henry ran his first 5K on Saturday with Matt. He was reportedly tired out during the race, but with encouragement, he persevered and finished in 35 minutes. At the Starting Line. This was Oliver's favorite part. He kept asking when that man was going to shoot the gun again! See the bruise on Henry's banana? Then he turned the banana sideways and took a bite just of the bruise. A Look into our Life. The Jennings Family Blog. Sunday, November 17, 2013. Camping at Little Ocmulgee. I am so behind on this blog! I'd like to post about Oliver's birthday, but I need to catch up first. So.back in October (the 11th-13th) we went camping. We were originally planning to go to Okefenokee, but that's a national park and the government was shut down, so we went to a little state park not too far from home called Little Ocmulgee. We had a lovely and relaxing time. Here's the boys' side. Earn ...

A Look into our Life: Halloween 2013

http://maconjennings.blogspot.com/2013/11/halloween-2013.html

A Look into our Life. The Jennings Family Blog. Sunday, November 17, 2013. This year the boys decided to dress as Star Trek characters. We've been watching the original Star Trek series on Netflix and they have really been enjoying it. They decided (mostly because of hair color) that Henry should be Spock and Oliver should be Captain Kirk. Henry practiced a lot on that Vulcan finger thing! I hope you had a happy Halloween! Great pumpkins, guys! I like how Ollies and Henrys each look like them!

A Look into our Life. The Jennings Family Blog. Saturday, January 5, 2013. I'm finally trying to get caught up on organizing our pictures from our trip back home for Christmas! We had a wonderful time visiting with family over the holidays. Though we didn't take as many pictures as usual this year, there were still so many! Here are some of the highlights:. My mom had our room all ready for us when we arrived! Not Pictured: Henry's Bed). So we stopped to let the boys play for a few minutes. Oliver got sa...

Cooking without a Net. Amazing culinary feats performed in my kitchen as I learn how to cook just about everything without recipes and pass that knowledge on to you. Cooking Without A Net | I try to turn my somewhat improvisational cooking style into recipes you can use!

Cooking Without A Net. I try to turn my somewhat improvisational cooking style into recipes you can use! Rice Krispie Treats with a Fruity Twist. December 5, 2012. This simple but dangerous recipe is a favorite at office parties! I saw these at a department potluck at a previous employer, and had to make them when we had a holiday potluck at my current employer. Basically, these are made the same as the familiar, basic Rice Krispie treats, but instead of using Rice Krispies, you substitute Fruity Pebbles.

Cooking Without an Oven

Saturday, November 4, 2017. What a Year It's Been! So, one year later, I got up this morning, fed the cats, ordered some groceries, cooked breakfast and watched TV by the light of an actual lamp. I've moved forward this year. I've done a lot more than just coming home. I still have a way to go, but that way is definitely up! Monday, June 19, 2017. Tales from the Deck(hand). I've seen fireworks off of Navy Pier and seen some spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the water. I've had dreams about work.

My Cooking Without Borders. Cooking, cuisine, food, recipe, indonesia, story, life, book, chef, menu. Me, Myself and I. Wednesday, March 1st, 2017. It has been a while since I last posted a blog update. It’s because my days are now infinitely busier. It’s wonderful and amazing to be busy but also slightly overwhelming at times. My lack of posting is certainly not due to lack of cooking – it’s just the writing part that has been slowing down. Today, however, I am going to share a little secret …. In such ...
