Sugar Shock! Rice Krispie Treats with a Fruity Twist | Cooking Without A Net

https://cookingwithoutanet.wordpress.com/2012/12/05/sugar-shock-rice-krispie-treats-with-a-fruity-twist

Cooking Without A Net. I try to turn my somewhat improvisational cooking style into recipes you can use! Laquo; A Better Mashed. Rice Krispie Treats with a Fruity Twist. This simple but dangerous recipe is a favorite at office parties! I saw these at a department potluck at a previous employer, and had to make them when we had a holiday potluck at my current employer. I vary the recipe slightly from the one at the official source. I about double the butter, and use 50% more marshmallows. Blog at WordPres...

Cooking Without A Net. I try to turn my somewhat improvisational cooking style into recipes you can use! Laquo; Finn’s Wake: By Popular Request: Drunken Black Eyed Peas. Rice Krispie Treats with a Fruity Twist. My usual recipe for mashed potatoes goes something like this:. 8 Medium potatoes, peeled and diced. 4 Tbs minced garlic. Water (start with 2 cups). Heat the oil in a pot. Makes some decent garlic mashed potatoes, but…. Made it very yummy. I may try chicken broth on another occasion…. This entry wa...

Cold Hot Dip | Cooking Without A Net

Cooking Without A Net. I try to turn my somewhat improvisational cooking style into recipes you can use! Finn’s Wake: By Popular Request: Drunken Black Eyed Peas. As I said last time, one problem with the recipe for the manicotti. Is that there is usually some ricotta cheese left over. Not wanting it to go to waste, I tried a number of things. I tried it as a sandwich spread, but I decided I didn’t like it much. Not much flavor, soft consistency, I found it added little to a sandwich. Ah, but as a dip.

Manicotti | Cooking Without A Net

https://cookingwithoutanet.wordpress.com/2011/02/21/manicotti

Cooking Without A Net. I try to turn my somewhat improvisational cooking style into recipes you can use! This started as a family recipe, but circumstances (and a lack of respect for traditions and a need to cut corners) conspired to force me to go off-script. Here is the original recipe:. 12 manicotti pasta shells. 3/4 cups grated mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. 1 cup ricotta cheese. 2 tsp chopped parsley. 2 cups tomato juice. 1/4 cup tomato paste. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp dried oregano.

Cooking Without an Oven

Saturday, November 4, 2017. What a Year It's Been! So, one year later, I got up this morning, fed the cats, ordered some groceries, cooked breakfast and watched TV by the light of an actual lamp. I've moved forward this year. I've done a lot more than just coming home. I still have a way to go, but that way is definitely up! Monday, June 19, 2017. Tales from the Deck(hand). I've seen fireworks off of Navy Pier and seen some spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the water. I've had dreams about work.

My Cooking Without Borders. Cooking, cuisine, food, recipe, indonesia, story, life, book, chef, menu. Me, Myself and I. Wednesday, March 1st, 2017. It has been a while since I last posted a blog update. It’s because my days are now infinitely busier. It’s wonderful and amazing to be busy but also slightly overwhelming at times. My lack of posting is certainly not due to lack of cooking – it’s just the writing part that has been slowing down. Today, however, I am going to share a little secret …. In such ...
