Saturday, September 25, 2010. Last year on September 14th, we started a tradition of going to an old train bridge we had gone to the night before Liam was born. Is our post of last year. Saturday, July 31, 2010. An update on our not so little guy:. He is now in a big boy bed and loves the freedom of getting out (when he’s not supposed to) whenever he wants. He’s definitely turning into a little boy and I’m not sure how I feel about that. At least he still likes his cuddle time with mommy. Sunday, August 29, 2010. Yesterday, we went to Cold Lake for "Race the Base". The day was full of very expensive cars getting a chance to drive very fast. Jason, I'm pretty sure you would have loved this! We watched cars drive down a runway trying to beat their target speed, usually going over 300km an hour! We saw some Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Ford GTs, Jaguars, and a Maserati.yeah, it was pretty nice. Liam was in Car heaven! That's us.wearing toques in August! We met up with our good friends Greg and Meg.

Wednesday, May 25, 2011. There is more exciting news that I have still not shared…Josh and I are expecting our 2nd baby this fall! I am due October 15th so I’ll be 20 weeks this Saturday. So far this pregnancy has been a lot different than Liam’s. I was very spoiled with Liam and had pretty much no sickness. Thursday, July 17, 2014. Adventures in Dog Walking. Red Deer is not only full of green spaces, but these are also mostly connected by trails which makes it a great place to have a dog. And my dog for the summer loves coming along for bike rides! Three Mile Bend is an off-leash park with some low spots in the river to explore. Heritage Ranch has some equestrian trails too but is also good for confusing dogs by throwing their stick in the pond. And, unrelatedly, a sunset at Sylvan Lake because why not!

Monday, January 27, 2014. More views of Ottawa. Another year come and gone, and I have disappointingly few pictures commemorating its passing but here are a couple at least. I did make it back to Alberta over the break but literally didn't take a single photo while there so here are some from Ottawa in December:. I promise eventually I'll have pictures of other buildings but their Christmas lights were really cute! This is the lobby of the Hilton in Hull, quite a beautiful building (on the inside).
