Crudites (cut up raw veggies - cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green onions) dipped into Hummus. Dinner: Bajio's vegetarian salad on a wheat tortilla. To Help Myself get fit and be healthy. Saturday, June 6, 2015. This week has been so busy that I haven't had a chance to report on how thee days went. The other thing that is difficult when detoxing is the way your body feels. Sometimes in the past I have felt like I had the flu, so far I haven't felt that this time, but I have been extremely tired. So tired that by the afternoon, I can hardly walk up the stairs from the basement. Sauteed chard, onions and garlic. Thursday breakfast: Paleo porridge.

Topped with raw peanut butter, sliced bananas, and agave drizzled over the top. 2 slices homemade whole grain bread. 1 celery stalk with peanut butter. I just realized as I typed this that I had peanut butter twice today. I must be lacking something in my diet that I am craving it. I just love the taste of peanut butter and celery together. I am not positive why, but I have some theories:. 1: I have gained back all of the weight I lost with the systemic yeast overgrowth cleanse. I find that I over eat. Even though food is "healthy" does not mean that it doesn't have calories in it and the body can only use so many before they turn to fat. I also like to eat between dinner and bedtime, which is not a good thing. 2- Eat only food...
