Suggested by davidgeman on 20/03/2014. The poor old centres chairman and or secretary is not always so well off that he can pick up these tabs continually. What funding they do get is usually used to replace the tiles that fell off in winter, or similar. The scouts 10p each per week does not go very far. Why this is important:.
