Posted by YoL on 2013/01/20. 我们选择了半天的课程，10美元的价格，包含了一件餐厅特色T恤 学习时要换上，外面再套围裙 ，一趟老市场内菜场区的探寻，以及三道菜式的学习 一道前菜、一道主食、一道甜品。 菜场其实就在出名的老市场 Old Market 里面。 为了避免重复， 我选择了柬式炸春卷 Fried Spring Roll 、高棉咖喱 Khmer Curry 、南瓜甜点。 后来想应该学那种纸皮春卷 Fresh Spring Roll 才好，更有当地特色，师傅说当地人也确实吃新鲜的更多。 第一步做咖喱本身就用了十几种佐料，包括柠檬草、胡葱 shallot 、蒜、青柠叶、姜粉、莎草 galingale 、花生、虾滑、盐、葫芦芭 fenugreek 、香菜籽、肉桂。 此行所读的书，是Paul Bowles的The Sheltering Sky。 中国公益20 为草根的理想插上翅膀 →.
