What makes me even more mad is that when the judge told the boy that the hamster would have felt hours of pain before it died, the boy laughed out loud without a single sign of guilt. The judge ordered this boy a mental examination and is planning to order official punishment after his mental status or disorder is examined. I agree. He’s definitely crazy. Can you even believe this happened? Did he think it was going to be funny?
