Sunday, April 26, 2009. Home away from home. Well, at least some pictures. Dad and I went out to get some stumps. Dad got tired and was leaning on the tree. This was an old stump that we found. I got an old washer from Daves car and glued it on and now I have a bird in my garden. This is just one of the cacti that grows down in Quartzsite and they are all just beautiful. This is the mother hummingbird and she was sitting on two little eggs. I had never seen a hummingbird nest let along a baby.

Tuesday, May 13, 2008. Our 2007 horse trip to Cottonwood. This my first att. Empt at a blog.maybe my last! This picture was taken in Star Valley Wy. in 2007. We were on a horse ride. This was the first time dad and I had ever been on a ride like this and he loved it. After we took this trip dad told us that he would go again next year and I am going to hold him to it even if I have to go and just stay at camp. it was one of the very best times we have had together with our kids. Sunday, July 20, 2008. I was so proud of these new horse riders. They came a very long way this day not just in how they rode a horse but in how they felt about themselves. This was the first time TJ and Chelsea had been on the horse and they were so afraid that they hardly moved. While Bug was here we also took her down to Virginia Beach, Williamsburg and Bush Gardens. We hit Williamsburg first, saw the sights and got put in jail. A glimse of m'EyE time. August 6, 2008. July was busy to say the least! Visits from Teri, Beau and baby Banana, a Casperson family reunion and my testing for NASAR. Holy crap it was busy! We stopped on the Continental Divide on the way back at this big pond with huge lily pads. Very Pretty. There were baby ducks hiding among the lily pad. Each night after our daily traveling we would take a walk down to Yellowstone Lake. These pictures are on the edge of the lake. It was breath taking!

A glimse of m'EyE time. October 17, 2009. I supposedly had a 30 foot fall. Looks pretty real though. Compound femur fracture and possible spine/neck injuries. We were up Millville Canyon. It was a mach high angle rescue. They were going to lower my off a sheer rock face. But darn it, they didn't have everything they needed, so they called it off. It was pitch black and getting cold.
