Thursday, July 30, 2009. And so it begins. Well, I finally gave in and boarded the blog train. I'm hoping to chronicle my (presumed) ascent out of my current midlife malaise, and maybe inspire some folks on the way. Step 1: start documenting the sad, sad shape I've let my body get into. I've committed to riding the Paris-Brest-Paris. Bicycle ride in 2011 as part of my 40th birthday celebrations(? So I gotta get to training.
