An organization supporting women in astronomy at the University of Maryland. The group has a tiered leadership with mentoring opportunities right from the start. A senior graduate student guides a junior graduate student, who holds the role of President. The President and an undergraduate representative plan the monthly meetings and facilitate open discussion with assistance from additional members. AGN is currently led by Sara Frederick.
