William C Wyman IV
William C Wyman IV. William C Wyman IV. I am Chris Willard, Chip's first cousin. His sudden passing was a shock that continues to be felt by my whole family. My goal is to remember him as the wonderfully important person that he was to me. I plan to write down memories here and share them on this site with as many pictures as I can find. Chip, we shared the most meaningful childhood memories of my life. I will always know you as I always have, and in that sense, you will always be alive.
