At West Juliett we make our own pastries and baked goods. We use a seasonally changing coffee that is contract roasted locally by White Horse coffee. We use fresh jersey milk from Warnembool, we make our own sodas,. Our beef is grass fed angus from Taralga Springs and we use free range eggs, honey tomatoes and more delivered directly from Mary's farm.
