As I said in my last post my boyfriends sister got engaged. She asked me last weekend to be her bridesmaid, so all very exciting. Now this is even greater incentive to look fabulous. So the 100 day challenge started today for me! So my goals for each day are:. 1 No bread- bread always makes me feel heavy, bloated and just generally yuck so I am going to give it up for the 100days. 2 Minimum 2litres of water day. 3 To have protein with every meal. 4 To do 3x weight sessions and 4x cardios a week. 6 No binge eating.

I think if it finished at the end of Feb it would be perfect. I am only working this morning so I will go to the gym straight from work and then I have a bit of shopping and stuff to do. It should be a good day! On the weight front I am now down 7.5kg. I have been gettig heaps of comments and feeling good. Everything is just fitting nicely!
