Quando capirete che nulla può farvi del male, allora sarete veramente felici. Martedì 14 maggio 2013. Ricominciamo con due recensioni. E' il primo post dell'anno e siamo già a maggio inoltrato; e non avrei mai pensato di fare un post recensendo un libro. anzi due. Il primo libro si chiama Brick City. Ed e' di Warren Elsmore. 2015 Best Climbing films. 新居入伙後，最令人期待的就是安裝 ROCK PRODIGY TRAINING CENTER. 下稱RPTC)，是我第一塊的攀石訓練用指力板，亦希望是最後一塊，畢竟安裝也有點麻煩。 購買前，我找了數間網購都是沒有貨供應，更加慘的是不送來香港.最後在AMAZON US的MOOSE JAWS 買到了最後數塊的RPTC。RPTC只用了7天就送到香港了，只是運費有點貴。 已經去木行買了一塊6分厚細芯的印尼產夾板，和中國產的有甚麼分別？我也不知道，但一定要買細芯的，大芯不夠實淨。 結果木板太長了，要切割一下。如果你屋企無"線鋸"或hand grinder , 請去木行找人代勞。 由於香港無得試，買之前都係睇佢網頁，聲稱RPTC係最好的手感及質地。另外比較好的是可以按自己膊頭的闊度去調較，但其實一安左上牆就唔會再想拆又鑽過，所以事先要量度準確。 安裝完成，正在試用RPTC，手感不錯。 另外，RPTC亦有一套額外購買的 PULLEY KIT. 但比較貴，係香港自買應該不用200港幣) 用於使用RPTC時去增加或減少負重 (詳情按此). 來自蘇格蘭的Morgan Spe...
