Sound and Light Ecology Team. I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Biology at Colorado State University and serve as one of the Principal Investigators on the CSU/NPS Sound and Light Ecology Team. In addition to focusing on basic questions about the evolution of animal behavior, my research examines the impacts of human disturbance, including noise and light pollution, on wildlife behavior. Sound and Light Ecology Team | Audio Data
http://www.soundandlightecologyteam.colostate.edu/data.html
Sound and Light Ecology Team. Our team has collected hundreds of thousands of hours of acoustic data from National Parks around the country. We use these data to inform parks about sources of noise pollution, as well as to provide baseline information about the state of a park's soundscape. This allows park officials to develop plans to minimize noise pollution issues and better manage natural soundscapes for wildlife, as well as visitor experience. Coronado National Monument: Acoustic Monitoring Report.
