Sheila Carpenter Creations: April 2010
http://sheilacarpentercreations.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 29, 2010. I cannot believe how fast this year is flying by and that I have not posted in over three months! I have spent a lot of time traveling to wonderful places. I have been inspired from St. Augustine, Florida to Washington DC. Art and creativity are everywhere! Quiet places of speculation included Savannah, Edisto Island and Alexandria, Virginia. The best part of my travels included my dear friends and family. So many special memories! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Viva La Yard Sale.

Sheila Carpenter Creations: August 2009
http://sheilacarpentercreations.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 30, 2009. For years my husband has been taking beautiful pictures of sunsets and sunrises, rolling clouds, flowers with hints of dew and magestic Oregon vistas. While my husband was snapping pictures I was busy roaming through antiques stores and flea markets finding bits and pieces of old papers, photos, newspapers and magazines. Happy Birthday to Judy. Zach plays sweet music in Charleston. What do you dream. This artist is living quite a sweet life! Thursday, August 27, 2009. Interesting...

Sheila Carpenter Creations: January 2010
http://sheilacarpentercreations.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 19, 2010. It is a shame that as we move from city to city or downsize our lives to prepare for retirement those special items that we saved and mean so much to us end up in boxes, in storage or in photo albums to be viewed or brought out only during special occasions. Go and create with the ones you love! Saturday, January 9, 2010. As my friend Wan reminds me often. be in the moment, celebrate the little things and keep creating. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Sheila Carpenter Creations: July 2010
http://sheilacarpentercreations.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 11, 2010. This afternoon I created a very little altered book. I altered a small address that measures 2 inches by 3 inches. I wove pages together, sewed on buttons and used sari ribbon. It was a very fun little project. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Sheila's Website - SheilaNoelle.com. Viva La Yard Sale. Saturday Sisters Art Workshops Charlotte NC. Sheila Carpenter Creations: November 2009
http://sheilacarpentercreations.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 19, 2009. This has been a very busy week in the Carpenter Workshop. I have been creating small ornaments for the holiday season. I used small vintage square slides and rectangle slides. I made small collages and then soldered the slides together, added ribbons and placed them all on an old print box. Sheila Carpenter Creations: Goodbye Christmas
http://sheilacarpentercreations.blogspot.com/2010/01/goodbye-christmas.html
Saturday, January 9, 2010. Today was the day that I finally took down the Christmas decorations. As I was boxing them up I remembered this holiday season fondly. Wonderful dinners and parties with friends, exchanging gifts with my special artist friends, singing beautiful Christmas songs and carols with the St. Margaret’s choir and reliving special holiday traditions. As my friend Wan reminds me often. be in the moment, celebrate the little things and keep creating. January 12, 2010 at 6:07 AM.

Sheila Carpenter Creations: September 2009
http://sheilacarpentercreations.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 24, 2009. The Girl and the Shoe. There once was a girl who had so many shoes she didn't know what to do. That is a problem I have when I cannot pass up a good old fashioned shoe form. The question comes up. how many shoes do you need? When I was finished I was inspired by the colors and built another assemblage using an old spice rack and some of my favorite antique treasures. I used an old school clock as the base and my creations were ready to be displayed in my entryway. I created ...
