November 24, 2014. September 15, 2014. I can't believe Zara turned 1 year old 6 months ago! Zara and her friend Millie had a little combined birthday party with owl smash cakes. Kasey and Collin came over from Knoxville which was really fun! Zara really loves hanging out with Kasey and Collin. It took the girls a few minutes to figure out what to do, they were pretty hesitant to touch the cake. We all kept waiting for a big "smash" but they were pretty polite about the whole thing. Pictures to come :).

October 21, 2013. Pretty soon you will be 1 year old! October 9, 2013. South Caroline: Savannah, Charleston, The End. We took a couple day trips to Savannah and Charleston. Savannah was gorgeous, one of the fun things about South Carolina in general was that there was spanish moss dripping from every tree. January 31, 2013. Last year we got a juicer after watching Fat, Sick and nearly Dead. After watching the movie we were sure that we needed a juicer right away, even Dusty was on board, which surprised me since usually he has to research purchasing something for days. Anyhow, we bought one that night. Yes, that night on amazon. A little impulsive but what can I say Netflix and their collection of random documentaries had us under their spell. January 29, 2014. Bath time via Iphone Pictures. We were so lucky to have the Grandma, Grandpa and Isaac here in October for almost a whole week! We had so much fun hanging out and mostly just watching Zara do her thing, eating tons of yummy food, seeing a few sights here in Nashville, and watching many episodes of House Hunters International. Kasey and Collin even made it out for the weekend and we played a crazy game of wits and wagers :). We had to stop and get a treat at Starbucks at least one time.

August 29, 2014. Dad was funny and made a pair of lego google glasses, they were almost as good as the real thing. August 18, 2014. The next few days the mood was still a little heavy but we were able to have fun and enjoy our time with each other, it had been awhile since we'd all been together!
