paige's point of view: 30 Life Lessons at 30
http://paigeandjohninkc.blogspot.com/2013/05/30-life-lessons-at-30.html
Friday, May 17, 2013. 30 Life Lessons at 30. 1 I like my parents. 2 Dogs are truly God's gift. Especially to a budding relationship! Raleigh has taught me a lot about responsibility, but she also brought John and I closer. She made us a family. She brings a lot of love into our days, makes us laugh, and keeps us playful. 3 I am not a fixer. When something is broken, I throw it away. When something is broken, John gets excited to fix it. Good life partner for me. 5 There are people who want you to fail.

paige's point of view: Insurgent
http://paigeandjohninkc.blogspot.com/2012/11/insurgent.html
Wednesday, November 14, 2012. I loved this book just as much as. I really appreciated that this book didn't just feel like a transition to the third book. I think it was just as entertaining and suspenseful as the first. I can't say enough great things about this book and I am still day dreaming about Four. oh, Four. He might be my favorite boy character in a book. November 15, 2012 at 7:42 AM. My teacher leader pal Monica doesnt like to read. But someone just gave her Divergent! Which means I get it now!

paige's point of view: week four: you can call it a syndrome
http://paigeandjohninkc.blogspot.com/2012/09/week-four-you-can-call-it-syndrome.html
Tuesday, September 4, 2012. Week four: you can call it a syndrome. My Nuero Opthamologist called me plump. My NEW doctor, that I had never met, called me plump. He called me plump in front of four medical students. Three attractive young men about my age, and one sweet, young Indian woman. She cupped my face romantically when she looked into my eyes. I thought she was going to run her fingers through my hair next.). They all wanted to look into my eyes. It is actually not a. Oh yeah - back to being fat.

Strolling Up the Canyon: June 2015
http://strollingthecanyon.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
Strolling Up the Canyon. Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Green Green, Its Green They Say. We first noticed it was crazy green when we drove into our driveway and the grass was "hood high." Our Jeep is not a low-to-the-ground car, and when we saw the grass as tall as the hood, we were shocked. Everywhere we went, we were met with chest-high grass, blooming flowers, and a beautifully high stream. Monday, June 22, 2015. Although Caleb appeared to be the youngest one there, he was one of the largest babies! The book...

Strolling Up the Canyon. Saturday, February 28, 2015. The Blogs I Did Not Write. I have thought of several blogs to write, none of which were done. I started on several but did not want to become the ranter. So I did not write about:. 1 My lack of understanding for the hype about Fifty Shades of Grey. Seems to me it is a film that appears to condone domestic violence (does no really mean no? Porn, and perversion. I don't believe these should be something women promote. But I am old. Second, teaching them...

Strolling Up the Canyon: August 2014
http://strollingthecanyon.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Strolling Up the Canyon. Monday, August 25, 2014. Dr Cederberg said we would know when it was time, and indeed we did. Don and I were hoping Babs would just quietly pass away, but that was not to be. By the time we returned from our trip to Oregon, we knew time was short. She had lost so much muscle she could no longer stand up. That was just not fair. And she had a fang that was with her until her dying day. It is particularly visible in this picture. Saturday, August 23, 2014. When Don was a little boy...

Tim, Jody, Leah, & Ella: October 2014
http://tandjmcclelland.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Tim, Jody, Leah, and Ella. Saturday, October 25, 2014. While my parents were in town for Leah's birthday, we planned a day at Eckert's. It was a perfect fall day full of apple and pumpkin picking. We managed to get there early, so the crowds weren't too bad. First up, the underground slide, even Papa Greg got a turn. We managed to get in on the last weekend of apple picking and I'm so glad we did, those apples were good! After apple picking, we went on the hunt for the perfect pumpkin. Leah's Photo a Day.

Tim, Jody, Leah, & Ella: February 2015
http://tandjmcclelland.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Tim, Jody, Leah, and Ella. Tuesday, February 24, 2015. I've been waiting for the day when I could bathe Leah and Ella together. The ease of having them both in the tub at the same time to save time. Ella sits well on her own, so I thought I'd give it a try. I ran a little bit of water, put them both in the tub, and washed away. I'll wash Ella, then wash Leah, and while I'm putting Ella in her pjs, Leah gets to play a little more. Leah's not pictured, but Ella clearly thinks Leah's pretty funny. While I'm...

Strolling Up the Canyon. Wednesday, August 26, 2015. Mother Nature is At It Again. Earlier in the summer, I wrote about the yukky tent worms and how they had destroyed the leaves on an entire aspen grove. The caterpillars were crawling on the road, falling on our head, and climbing on the car. It was disgusting, and the aspen trees were not much liking it, either. Well, six weeks later, and look what has happened. As predicted, the leaves have come back, and the grove is as beautiful as ever! This mornin...
