Eating and growing food in the rural idyll of London. Sunday, October 28, 2007. The Mousehunter website's almost finished. Further to that last post, I've almost finished The Mousehunter website - it'll be fully running in about 2 weeks hopefully, but in the meantime there's a taster page. To give an idea! Saturday, October 20, 2007. The Mousehunter is almost out! I had a slight rush of nerves when I spotted this. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Mousehunter websites almost finished. Our Patch of Green.

Soggy Day Gardener: More Potatoes
http://soggydaygardener.blogspot.com/2015/06/more-potatoes.html
What I really enjoy is being out there, working my veggie patch. Some days the weather makes things just too wet and soggy, so why not use some of those forced indoor moments to share my experiences of organic vegetable growing? Sunday, June 14, 2015. The container-grown potatoes have now moved out of the greenhouse, but we are continuing to get plenty from the plants. Dunluce (left) and Winston (right). More information on the potatoes:. Sebbster's Allotment: Quick Review / Re-cap
http://sebbster.blogspot.com/2007/09/quick-review-re-cap.html
Monday, 10 September 2007. Quick Review / Re-cap. Here is a little review of what I've had so far out the plot, what crops didn't do so well and what varieties I wont be using next season :. Wont be using again, supposed to be quite large but never happened, only really golf ball size with a few a little larger. Not harvested yet but germination good and growing well. Definitely growing again, prolific harvest and still picking. Not real broccoli though it grows as spears. Kale Nero Di Toscana Precoce.

Sebbster's Allotment
http://sebbster.blogspot.com/2007/09/did-loads-more-weeding-and-little.html
Sunday, 23 September 2007. Did loads more weeding and a little digging where the weeds were starting to creep onto my plot from next door. In the pic I have planted some late peas which have since started to flower so might get a crop from them. Also put in 2 rows of spring cabbage yesterday but didn't have the camera so will get a pic next time when they've hopefully established a little. At last I have ripe tomato's although the plants dont look too healthy, not bothered so long as I get a crop.
