Mission Action is a major aspect of who we are as Disciples of Christ. It encompasses our desire for justice, our focus on alleviating poverty and hunger, and our attention to being good stewards of the Earth. FCC recycles, "freecycles". The church has been recycling cans and bottles for some time now, although we do have a new twist on the process: from now on, we will be doing our recycling through VALCORE. The church’s table at the Earth Day Farmer’s Market event was full of things to give away: magnets, brochures, literature, and more.
