She is a lot like her sister Julia in many respects but she is certainly her own little self as well. She has the most gorgeous blue eyes. And a smile that is sure to melt hearts (already melts mine). She kinda likes her great auntie Kelly. And has fun playing with her cousin Dezbah. Sunday, June 22, 2014. At Gloria and Dive's waterfront acres. The restroom was placed. And dressed up appropriately. Cool signs were put up. There were white beards. And not so serious looking convos. There were cribbage players (with no cribbage to be played). There was a flower girl. There was a fire. There were cell phones. And tall tales told. Friday, September 27, 2013. St Peter Dog Park. It was during a hot humid spell and I just couldn't bring myself to walk the dogs-it's during weather like this that I am thankful for our dog park. After a bit of hesitation, Peanut made friends with this huge but playful fella. Kent, Sara, Macie and Brayden. Wednesday, August 31, 2011. Turks and Caicos 2011-Part 1. This past week my parents took our whole family (14 of us) back to Turks and Caicos. Saturday morning our flight left MN around 5:30, therefor up @ 2:00 AM! 18 hours after waking up we were finally @ our resort. All in all the kids did as good as could be expected. Macie wasn't too sure about the take off at first. She called it "blast off" and said it was scary, but after 3 flights, got used to it. Links to this post.

This past weekend the kids went and hung out at Grandma Nancy and Grandpa Kurt's for the weekend and dad and I headed over to Madison Lake for Paddle Fish Days! We spent A LOT of time on the lake playing in the water and had a ton of fun! Saturday evening they have a boat parade contest and we won 1st place! Our theme was Redneck Yacht Club (pictures below)!
