A young man's dream. Friday, October 06, 2006. Do we really Need Billboards in EDSA? Last Thursday (September 28,2006), Tropical storm Milenyo brought devastation to Metro Manila. At first i thought this would just be another storm with all the fuzz about class supension on the news, but to everybody's surprise (as if you would consider it as a "surprise"), Bayani Fernando's "prophecy" on the fate of giant billboards in edsa became the biggest headline of the week.
