Ummi’s on Medifast. Come with me on this exciting weight loss ride. November 16, 2008 – 5:02 am. Well I hit 9 lbs. I didnt make my goal but I am very happy with my progress so far. My goal for this week is 5 lbs. I will start walking 5x a week and goign to the gym to take a class 2x a week. I think that should shake my body up. I mean if I overeat I am sick. My stomach feels like it is up in my chest. I love that. I think this will keep me from overeating later when I do transition. Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said “In later (generations) of my ummah there will be women who will be dressed but naked. On top of their heads (what looks) like camel humps. Semalam bila dapat tau dri doc yg Humaira kena HFMD,.risau sangat2.
