Women's Ministry

Our Womens Ministries are comprised of missions groups and a ministry group. Our Women on Mission groups meet as follows:. The Lisa Sides Women On Mission group meets on the fourth Saturday of each month at 10:30 am in the church fellowship hall. The Debbie Pugh Women On Mission Group meets each Wednesday at 5:30 pm. Our Womens Ministry group meets as needed to plan various events throughout the year including teas and themed supper events as well as womens conference trips such as Beth Moore Conferences.

King David of the Bible was considered a man after Gods own heart. What an incredible thing to be known in that way. Can people say that about you - that you have a heart like God? Our Mens Ministry exists to support men of all ages, to grow together in Christ-likeness. Retreats, breakfast meetings, and conferences are offered throughout the year with the hope that as iron sharpens iron we will help draw one another closer to being a man after Gods own heart.

Our Senior Pastor, Dr. Bobby Burt and his family came to us in May of 2007. Dr. Burt is orginally from Tupelo, Mississippi. His undergraduate degree is from Mississippi State University, He has a Masters degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a PhD from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. We are located on top of the hill between I-565 in Huntsville and University Boulevard (Highway 72 West out of Huntsville) Jordan Lane is also Highway 53. If you are arriving from I-565 you will take the Highway 53/Jordan Lane exit headed north. After crossing Holmes Avenue intersection get in the left lane and at the top of the hill turn to the left into the church parking lot.
